This study evaluates the current state of managing English teaching activities at universities under the Ministry of Public Security toward standardization. Using a combination of surveys, in-depth interviews, and statistical analysis, the research highlights strengths in planning and oversight while identifying gaps in execution, motivation, and innovation.
